Seafood Atlantic Presents Bacon Wrapped Florida Lobster Recipe

Two 3/4 Pound Thawed Florida Lobster Tail From Seafood Atlantic Seafood Market
1/2 stick of Salted Butter Cut into Small Sections
2 Slices Bacon
Melted Salted Butter for Dipping

Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil (for minimum clean up) flip Lobster Tails on their back and split under shell down the middle with a sharp knife.

Place 3 pats of butter on underside of each lobster tail.

Place one slice of bacon on each lobster tail covering the butter and 
Place in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (oven temperatures do vary) 

Lobster Tail will turn white and separate from the shell when finished try not to over cook

Serve with Melted Butter and Enjoy!
